Frequently Asked Questions

I purchased membership. How do I access the content? ⌄
Log in with the same email you used during checkout. Then go to your account and open the members-only pages. If access still doesn’t work, email us your account email and what you tried to open.
I can’t log in / I forgot my password. What should I do? ⌄
Use the “Lost your password?” option on the Log in page. Check spam/junk if you don’t see the email. If it still doesn’t arrive, email us the address you registered with.
Payment went through but my access doesn’t work. Why? ⌄
The most common reason is logging in with a different email than the one used for purchase. Log out, then log in again with the purchase email. If it’s still not fixed, email us with your account email and the approximate purchase time (and a screenshot of the receipt if possible).
How can I cancel my membership? ⌄
If you have an active subscription, you can usually manage it from your account. If you don’t see the cancellation option, email us and we’ll guide you based on your membership type.
The site looks broken or content won’t load. What can I do? ⌄
Try: (1) refresh, (2) incognito/private window, (3) clear cache, (4) try another browser, (5) disable ad blockers for this site. If it continues, email us a screenshot + device/browser info.
Do you book the theory test for me? ⌄
No. We are a study platform. Official booking and rules are handled by Swedish authorities. Use Trafikverket and Transportstyrelsen.
